Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Current and valid Working with Children's Check or ability to obtain
- Current and valid First Aid Certificate including Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

- Full time role
- Creative, fun, healthy and safe learning environment ensuring the health and safety of all children is maintained at all times
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS) to ensure the delivery of high quality education programs
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual needs and interests
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engagement with children, their families and fellow educators, staff and management
- Ability to observe children's progress whilst documenting their learning and applying this information to guide future planning
- A strong ability to work effectively and positively with other educators, staff, management and families
- Commitment to create an inclusive, responsive and respectful learning environment
Desirable Skills & Knowledge
- Previous experience in early childhood setting but not essential
- Ensuring an inclusive environment for all children regardless of background and abilities
- Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay informed and up to date with the latest educational practices
