Preschool Centre Co-Ordinator
90 plus Place Centre Interviewing next 2 - 4 weeks Above award Rate This established Centre is seeking a Centre Coordinator who will work closely with the Director to manage the 90 plus place centre for children 2-5 years old. Key responsibilities include yet are not limited to: Ensure reporting requirements are monitored, maintained, completed on time, and shared with the director. Maintain & develop positive relationships & effective communication with the centre's suppliers Develop positive and open professional relationships with families, children and staff Provided effective support, guidance & mentoring to staff members of the centre Manage the centre budget and expenditure within the budget framework and report to the Director Ensure the centre operates within the centre's policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations requirements. Ensure rosters & staffing of the centre are well organised Managing & guiding staff with their professional development & individual goals & performance. Working with the Director on any issues arising. Adhoc duties as required by Management Marketing the centre to the local community The successful candidate will ideally have: Diploma in Early Education with relevant experience A current First Aid Certificate. Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework. Exceptional knowledge and experience in leading a team of professional staff and working within a management team. The ability to develop effective & positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. A solid understanding of policies, procedures and regulations. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year Experience: Childcare leadership: 3 years + experience Education: Diploma Location: Sydney NSW Work Eligibility: The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours (Required)
