Early Childhood Teacher
Everlearn Preschool Clovelly (58-60 Arden Street, Clovelly, 2031) is a beautifully designed and privately owned centre in a light-filled heritage building with a beautiful outdoor space. Our centre is fresh and modern with a large supply of quality resources. Our high-quality educational programmes allow children to explore, experiment, imitate and ask questions to further develop their thinking and problem-solving skills.
With many long-standing staff members paid above-award wages, you will be part of a professional, dedicated and highly qualified team. Our centre is staffed above the required ratios, providing ample time to support children and families and time off the floor for programming and planning.
You will have support and access to a full-time Centre Manager (ECT) and an Educational Leader with in-depth knowledge of the industry.
Must-Have Skills:
- Degree Trained Early Childhood Teacher (ECT or equivalent and 2 years experience working directly with children and or relevant experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Programme and planning skills using the EYLF to create indoor and outdoor activities to facilitate student development.
- Have the ability to observe students and evaluate progress
- Providing a variety of experiences and activities to develop motor skills, cooperative social skills, confidence and understanding
- Promoting language development through storytelling, role play, songs, rhymes and informal discussions held individually and within groups
- Have a commitment to your own professional development and growth
- Have a high level of commitment, professionalism and understanding of the Education and Care setting
- Current working with Children Check.
- A love of children and a passion for Early Years Education.
- ACECQA-approved qualifications are helpful but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time - 38 hours per week.
Salary: $75000.00 – $95000.00 per year (plus super)
