Early childhood teacher (ECT)

Family owned, we operate over ratio staffing to ensure our educators and children are supported. We are a small yet lovely private centre providing strong resources and seek out the best learning experiences for our children at all times. We have been assessed as Exceeding under the National Quality Framework. We are looking for a passionate and caring Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) who demonstrates a commitment to early childhood and the learning outcomes of children.

To be considered for the ECT position, you must:

• be able to work in a team environment and provide a safe and stimulating environment for children
• plan and implement daily activities guided by the EYLF, as well as reviewing and adapting these to childrens needs
• be able to write observations, learning stories and daily written reflections
• communicate and build close partnerships with families and the community
• have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young children
• be friendly, positive, energetic and show initiative
• have a sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

**ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE OR BE WILLING TO OBTAIN A CURRENT WORKING WITH CHILDRENS CHECK, FIRST AID CERTIFICATE, & ASTHMA AND ANAPHYLAXIS TRAINING

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
