Early Childhood Teacher

What you'll be doing

• Plan, deliver and manage educational programmes that align with the EYLF and the NQS
• Implement developmentally appropriate teaching practices to support the holistic development of children
• Observe and document children's learning and development
• Foster positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the preschool's policies, procedures and practices
• Lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment

What we're looking for

• ACECQA Approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or near completion). New graduates are encouraged to apply
• NESA registration
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current approved First Aid Certificate
• Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training  
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing high-quality educational programs for children aged 2-5 years
• Strong understanding of child development and the ability to cater to the unique needs of each child
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children and families
