Your Role in Our Team

As a Crèche Officer, you will provide essential care for children while assisting in the smooth operation of our services. Your enthusiasm and commitment to customer service will help us exceed our patrons’ expectations every day.

You will be responsible for supervising children, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your administrative support will also be crucial in assisting our Customer Service team and contributing to the overall success of our Leisure Centres.

  • Essential: Current First Aid Qualification and Working with Children Check

  • Package: $53,167 (FTE) gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation (paid pro rata to hours worked).
  • Hours of work: Temporary Part-time opportunity available at 16 hours per week working across our three crèche locations. This opportunity is expected to be available up until 8th December 2025.  
  • Our crèche services are currently open across the following hours: Monday - Friday: 7:55am - 1:30pm, Monday & Wednesdays 4:00pm – 6:30pm and Saturday 8:25am – 11:30am.
  • In order to be eligible for this position, you must have the following mandatory certificates: Current First Aid Qualification (HLTAID004 or Equivalent), Current Working with Children Check and completed your Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
