Child Care Worker - Inner West
The Role:
Working alongside a team of educators to create and facilitate a play based educational program.
- Delivering interesting and meanigful educational program and conducting activities for children 0-5
- Maintaining a happy and safe environment for children within your care
- Guiding children's behavior and social development
- Supervising children in educational activities and daily routines
- Supervising hygiene and OH&S
- Following up and extending on children's interests to support their learning in individual and group experiences
- Building relationships with our MSS families and working with them to support their children and provide the best possible education and care

About You:
- This role is for a Diploma or Cert III qualified Child Care Worker
- Must have an understanding of The National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are well regarded, however ability to build strong, respectful and meaningful relationships with the families, the children we care for and co-workers is assential.
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
