Child Care Worker - Inner West

The Role: 

Working alongside a team of educators to create and facilitate a play based educational program. 

  • Delivering interesting and meanigful educational program and conducting activities for children 0-5 
  • Maintaining a happy and safe environment for children within your care 
  • Guiding children's behavior and social development
  • Supervising children in educational activities and daily routines
  • Supervising hygiene and OH&S
  • Following up and extending on children's interests to support their learning in individual and group experiences 
  • Building relationships with our MSS families and working with them to support their children and provide the best possible education and care

About You:

  • This role is for a Diploma or Cert III qualified Child Care Worker 
  • Must have an understanding of The National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).   
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are well regarded, however ability to build strong, respectful and meaningful relationships with the families, the children we care for and co-workers is assential. 
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a team. 
  • Reliable and punctual.
