Empowering Centre Director – Leading with Passion, Purpose, and Excellence
First Academy – Greystanes Campus is looking for a visionary and dedicated leader to inspire, guide, and elevate our early learning community.
About the Role
As a Centre Director, you will play a pivotal role in creating a culture of learning, reflection, and continuous development across all aspects of the service—from administration to curriculum implementation. You will lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver an outstanding educational program while fostering professional growth through evidence-based theories and best practices.
We are looking for an organised, approachable, goal-oriented, and outcome-focused leader who is committed to investing in children's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while maintaining a positive centre culture.
- Ensure high-level compliance with all regulatory requirements under the National Law and National Quality Standards.
- Manage the smooth operation of the service in alignment with its goals and vision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community while representing the service with excellence.
- Manage administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping.
- Support and mentor educators to enhance their professional learning and development.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Master of Teaching (Early Childhood Education).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), compliance, and regulations.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to serving children, families, and educators.
