We are seeking a Centre Director for our Edensor Park services.

Successful applicants will have:

  • A genuinely empathetic, positive and enthusiastic approach to working in the childcare sector
  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
  • A strong understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Previous Experience as a Centre Director at an exceeding level
  • A history of leading and inspiring individuals and team 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and relationship skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • A Current WWC and Child Protection Certificate
  • First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)

About the role:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of an ECEC services – high administrative component (5 days off-the-floor)
  • Responsible for driving centre excellence and utilisation, whilst also being hands-on in areas such as education, recruitment and the facility
  • Lead, inspire and mentor a large team of educators 
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and friendly environment for children, families and educators
  • Create long-lasting connections with the local community
