We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our newly renovated Preschool and Long Day Care as our Teaching Director and Nominated Supervisor. Our centre, located on the beautiful Lower North Shore, is set to open soon, and we’re excited to find someone who is ready to inspire and reignite their passion for providing exceptional care and educational programs to our children.

You will work alongside a supportive, trained, and qualified management team who will assist you every step of the way. We’re looking for a leader with a clear vision of the type of program and environment we will grow together .  .

Initially, the role will be part-time, with the potential to transition to a full-time position as our numbers grow. We are seeking a warm-hearted, passionate, and experienced Bachelor Qualified 4 year trained Early Childhood Teacher who is well-versed in documentation, pedagogy, the NQS, and EYLF, with a solid understanding of early childhood education principles .

The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and possess a balanced approach to teaching—one that blends traditional teaching methods with modern perspectives. You’ll be committed to fostering foundational skills such as literacy, numeracy, and project-based learning, while being inspired by the Arts. It’s essential that you are connected to your learning and the work you document, ensuring meaningful and authentic experiences for our children.
