First Academy is looking for Certificate 3 trainees who would like to learn, earn wage and gain experience and settle into a team of educators that pride themselves on retaining their trainees upon completion of their studies. We believe that the relationship you build with educators, children and parents while you complete your studies should be celebrated and honoured, which is why we offer a complete study/employment package.

Role Responsibilities

• Have a passion for Early Childhood Education
• $5000 completion incentives (by the provider)
• Be enthusiastic and immersive in experiences with children
• Have a strong study and work ethics
• Nurturing and patient while working with children
