Froebel Australia is a growing not-for-profit provider of currently five early education and care services in Sydney and Melbourne.

Froebel St Leonards offers inspiring learning environments on 3 levels plus a rooftop playground for 99 children from 6 months to 5 years.

Our educational program focuses on immersive language learning (second language: German) and inquiry-based early learning by implementing the Little Scientists (https://littlescientists.org.au/) program. We are looking for full-time (part-time negotiable) Early Childhood Educators with a German language background (native Level) to join our team of passionate early childhood professionals.

The preferred candidate will:

  • have the right to work and live in Autralia
  • hold an ACECQA approved overseas qualification or a Certificate III / Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or early childhood teaching degree or be actively working towards your EC qualification
  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and grow trusting relationships with colleagues, families and community members
  • have an interest in immersive language learning and inquiry-based learning
  • have an understanding of contemporary child safe practices
  • have a sunny personality with a positive mindset!
