About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and reliable Casual Educators with a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our team. This role is perfect for educators looking for flexibility while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment for children
- Assist in implementing play-based educational programs
- Support children's social, emotional, and developmental needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning space
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Follow all relevant regulations and center policies
About You:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and reliable availability
