St Jude’s Early Learning is a not-for-profit centre located in the heart of Randwick close to transport. We are seeking passionate Diploma trained Educator to join our vibrant and dynamic team. You will be working in a team of four educators in a room with children aged 18m to 3-year-old.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support children in their learning and development
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative learning
- Foster an inclusive, positive and inspiring classroom environment
- Setting Individual Goals: Based on observations, tailored learning goals are established to support each child's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development (EYLF, 2022 & NQS, 2028).
- Build a culture of professional inquiry to enhance learning outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with educators, ed leader and centre director to reflect on teaching practices
- Engage with families to develop a shared understanding of children’s learning and development.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education –Diploma or Working towards
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum planning
- Strong knowledge of EYLF and play-based learning approaches.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong reflective and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional learning.
