5 days per week with a child aged 2 years
Rate:  $35.46 - $41.38 (L2-3) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)

Monday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

We’re looking for a vibrant, outdoorsy, and caring live-in educator to become part of a fun and welcoming team on a large-scale cattle station in the Northern Territory.
You’ll be looking after an energetic and curious 2-year-old, helping them grow, learn, and explore the world around them.
This little legend loves physical play, dancing, singing, reading books, and getting involved in anything fun and active — so we’re after someone who can match that energy, support their development, and keep the days full of creativity, play, and learning.

A creative and nurturing soul who can build on developmental milestones.
Someone active, engaged, and passionate about early childhood education.
You won’t be alone out here — this is a beautiful and social location with a strong sense of community.
There’s a shared recreational area where everyone gathers for BBQs, drinks, and chill nights. On weekends, you can head out to camp drafts, rodeos, races, and local shows — there’s always something going on!

What’s included:
Your own private room (shared bathrooms separated by male/female for station workers).
No cooking required! Enjoy 4 nutritious meals daily: breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner.
This is strictly an educator role — no station hand duties involved.
Pets aren’t preferred, but we’re open to discussion for the right person.
Board arrangements can be discussed directly with the family

You must: 
- Not essential, but preferable to have or be working towards getting your Certificate in Early Childhood Education & Care or have a relevant higher education
- Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
- Have a car & driver's licence
- Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
- Full working rights in Australia (Applicants with 155, 190 & 186 visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - 417 & 462 visas need not apply)
