The Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Centre Assistant Centre Manager with a robust background in Early Education to support the Centre manger with overseeing day-to-day operations. As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will lead a team of Educators, ensuring adherence to service philosophy, company policies, and National Quality Standards (NQS) while providing exceptional education and care. Your role extends to being the first point of contact for families and the local community, building a fantastic service for Cardiff and the surrounding area.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood, Diploma in ECEC

  • Current Working with Children Check

  • Experience in an Early Childhood setting as an Assistant Centre Manager

  • Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.

  • Strong understanding of industry legislation, compliance, and regulations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Collaborative and cooperative teamwork.
